As long as you keep telling yourself that you can't, then you can't. Your life is a consistent expression of what you have decided is your reality. If you are able to get rid of “can't” in your mind, you will be amazed at the possibilities that will stare at you in the face. Stay positive

Celebrate your victories
Even if they seem very insignificant. One of the best ways to stand your ground in the face of adversity and negativity is to get used to celebrating your progress on a consistent basis. Victories are the evidence that the voice that is telling you that you “can't” is lying. That only becomes your reality if you allow it.
Get over your mistakes
The fact that you have failed a couple of times does not mean that you can't — it simply means that you are missing something. If you make a mistake, learn from it, make amends, take responsibility, apologize if you need to, repair damages if you can — and move on. Do not let failures define you.
Live like the legend that you want to be
You need to believe in yourself and your ability to make the world a better place. If this is the way you are thinking, you will not have space in your mind to accommodate negativity. Every legend has a life goal and they are committed to that. What is your life goal and how has that affected your positivity?
If you want to get rid of the negativity, you need to have a plan that helps you go from “I cant” to “I know I can.”Get out of your comfort zone and push yourself to rise above.
Your mind is where your life gets its instructions. If you allow negative thoughts to take over, they will pollute your mind and reducing the quality of your life. Don't carve out your future with negativity. You are the only one powerful enough to decide if you will be taking that shot at greatness or you will pass.
Apart from believing in yourself, staying committed to developing yourself and investing in yourself — you will see your value leap with wings and the “I can't” voice will be drowned in a sea of awesomeness. Keep telling yourself that you can and you will not have any choice other than to succeed.
Do you trust yourself? Most of us don't ask that question too often as we naturally tend to think that we all do. What many of us don't realize is that your level of self-trust can be different about different things. You may trust your instincts and yourself in some things, like driving your car or caring for pets, for example. But what about when it comes to making big commitments or decisions? Do you trust your intuition and reasoning to make decisions that are actually yours and makeYOU happy and not someone else?
No matter how you handled yesterday, there is nothing you can do about it now. Whatever tomorrow has to offer has yet to be unveiled – and you have no control over it. The only time you can control is NOW – so bring your A-GAME and make the best of it. You may think you can just do it tomorrow – but tomorrow is a myth because there is always a tomorrow. If you are not going to do it now, then you may never actually get around to doing it. Make the best of the now and get right to what you planned to do. |
