Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched prompting you to complete your account setup. Do so and you will be able to track your order that contains tracking information. You encourage you to keep an eye on your delivery and if any issues arise contact the carrier first, since we have no control over customs or postal services. If you require additional assistance you may contact us at email@example.com.
I only got a tracking number for part of my orders, whats the deal?
Some of our gear is in different warehouses and may take longer to fulfill, so if you only got a tracking number for a part of your order, don't worry, you'll have another tracking number shortly for the rest of it. Feel free to email us if you have any questions in regards to it.
Do you accept returns/exchanges/refunds?
If you need to exchange your item for a different size we will do our best to accomodate your request, however the return postage cost must be covered by the customer. The item must be returned in a new, unworn condition as packaged; please, do not pile your return into a ball, it will not be accepted! It must be returned within 7 days upon receiving the item. You must contact us prior at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain what was wrong with the order. We do not accept returns on items which have ripped tags / been worn / washed / used in any way. Refunds are ONLY issued for faulty items.

The item I want is out of stock
If the product you want is out of stock, you can sumbit a request to email@example.com and a member of the Customer Experience team will inform you whether and when we're expecting the item back in stock.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Our apparel is shipped out directly from San Diego, California (USA). Items are usually fullfilled within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. This does not include postal shipping time.
US Shipping Times: Within 7 Working Days (3-7)
International Shipping Times: We ship World Wide, estimated delivery time are (7-10) business days, excluding any hold up times in customs. We are not responsible for any custom charges.
If your order still hasn’t arrived within estimated shipping times, please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org , make sure to include the order number, order date, mailing address, along with your contact information and we will get back you and will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible!)

Yes We Do! Dissident Gym Wear is not responsible for any charges imposed by your country. You will be expected to pay for any costs your country may impose at customs.
How can I stay updated with all the new DSDNT apparel??
Will you carry any other colors? I want pinks and bright green and purples!!
Not at the moment. But look out for possible special limited editions in other colors!
Do you have any retailers where I can walk in and buy your apparel?
