In order to track your order make sure you create your account as prompted in the email sent to you when you order. In your account you will be able to see if the order has been fulfilled yet. If fulfilled you will receive an email with tracking info please visit the USPS website and enter your tracking number in the appropriate field. If your order has been shipped and you have the tracking number you need to contact the carrier directly with any questions about delivery, since we have no cotrol over postal services. Additionally, if you receive a notification that your parcel is held at customs you need to contact customs or your postal service and provide your tracking number.* Please note that it may take up to 48 hours from shipment for your tracking information to be uploaded to the tracking site
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from Dissident Gym Wear. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with the return process.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
If you need to return an item you MUST first contact Dissident Gym Wear at firstname.lastname@example.org receive its approval. Only after that you can ship your order back to the address provided. If you haven't received the approval and shipped the item back, Dissident Gym Wear shall not be held liable for accepting the return, providing refund, store credit, items exhange or loss.
Please note, we items of the wrong size, color or if an item has any manufacturing defects. However, the following conditions have to be met :
Returns can only be exchanged for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned. Exchange is from the online store you originally purchased.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In that case Dissident Gym Wear will cover the re-delivery charge of sending the good(s) back to you.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time your return is received for it to be processed and reported to you.
Exchanges will be returned to you by regular, trackable post.
In the instance that your request is not available, we will issue you a store credit.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Dissident Gym Wear.

*Unfortunately we cannot accept international exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you will need to return it for a store credit and place a new order.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
Refunds are ONLY issued for faulty items. Dissident Gym Wear is not legally obligated to provide refunds, or issue gift cards on items, or exchange them simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.

You should expect to receive the refund within four weeks after the recepit of the returned goods by Dissident Gym Wear. This time period includes the transit time for Dissident Gym Wear to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We do our best to deliver every order by the date and/or times requested, however delivery times are estimates only and Dissident Gym Wear shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.

If returns are received for any of the above reasons, Dissident Gym Wear will credit your purchase minus the shipping fees given the goods have been returned to Dissident Gym Wear in original condition. This includes shipping fees for 'free shipping' purchases.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by the carrier that we have no control over, or by any event, which is out of our reasonable control, or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address provided by you.
