Standard shipping within USA all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
We ship from the USA using USPS. All deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

Please note that taxes, tarifs and handling costs are not covered by Dissident Gym Wear. You will be expected to pay for any costs your country may impose at customs.

- Standard post within 3-7 business days from shipment
- Standard post within 7-10 business days from shipment
To track your order make sure you create your account as prompted in the email sent to you when you order. In your account you will be able to see if the order has been fulfilled yet. If fulfilled you will receive an email with tracking info please visit the USPS website and enter your tracking number in the appropriate field* Please note that it may take up to 48 hours from shipment for your tracking information to be uploaded to the tracking site
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind (including change of size and/or color), we will exchange subject to the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- You provide a Dissident Gym Wear e-receipt as proof of purchase
- Goods must be in new condition
- Does not apply to accessories or undergarments
- Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Goods must retain all original labels/tags attached to garment and packaging
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
Returns can only be exchanged for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned. Exchange is from the online store you originally purchased.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. Dissident Gym Wear will happily cover the re-delivery charge of sending the good(s) back to you*
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time your return is received for it to be processed and reported to you.
Exchanges will be returned to you by regular, trackable post.
In the instance that your request is not available, we will issue you with a credit note
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Dissident Gym Wear.

*Unfortunately we cannot accept international exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you will need to return it for a credit note and place a new order.
HOW DO I REFUND?
Refunds are ONLY issued for faulty items. Dissident Gym Wear is not legally obligated to give refunds off the purchase price, or gift cards on items, or exchange them simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase. We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
To obtain a refund you must meet these requirements:
- The item is faulty.
- You provide a picture to Dissident Gym Wear with receipt as proof of purchase
- Does not apply to accessories or undergarments
- Does not apply to goods that are soiled or damaged by the customer
- Goods must retain all original labels and packaging
- Item must be returned within 7 Days upon receipt

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving the returned goods. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We make every endeavor to deliver an order by the date and/or times requested, however delivery times are estimates only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
Please provide us with accurate delivery details, as we cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect delivery due to incorrect details as provided by you. If you provide us with incorrect delivery details:
- if your parcel needs to be redelivered or redirected, you will incur additional charges, or
- if the parcel is left at the wrong address we will not be able to recover the parcel so a new order will need to be placed by you, incurring full replacement costs.
Furthermore Dissident gym Wear will not accept responsibility for returned parcels due to:
- left address/ unknown
- unclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended period of time
- invalid or closed military designated unit or zip code
- not located at address provided
If returns are received for any of the above reasons, Dissident Gym Wear will credit your purchase minus the shipping fees given the goods have been returned to Dissident Gym Wear in original condition. This includes shipping fees for 'free shipping' purchases.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
