100% Nothing Less

100% Nothing Less

Nothing worth having comes easy. If you are ever going to succeed and come to the point where success becomes your default, you must be the person who gives everything you've got at every point in time.
If you mean business, you'll be ready to be on your toes for long periods of time and to burn the midnight oil if necessary to give your dreams a chance at survival. Life is tough but that toughness can be shattered by the commitment of those who will show up consistently to give their best efforts.

Giving your best is not an option, it is compulsory if you'll stand any chance of greatness and success. It'll never come easy; you'll have to put in more effort and more hours but at the end of the day, it is more than worth it.

Never give in to mediocrity. Push yourself to do more, experience more. Harness your energy to start expanding your dreams. The fact that something works doesn’t mean it cannot be better. Make sure that you are open to new ways to do things and that you are exploring daily and innovating for a better life for yourself and others. There is nothing that brings out the best in you like a passion to improve the quality of life.

There is nothing like overnight success or the power of luck or chance. You will only succeed to the extent which you are ready to work, learn, grind and give value. The saying is always true that the price of success can only be paid in the currency of hard labor; you will only reap the quality that you have invested in your life and dreams.

Stop holding back just because you are scared that it may not work out. The fact that you are holding something back is the guarantee that it will fail. My focus here is not primarily on the results, it is rather on developing that level of commitment that helps you to give everything for what you believe in without any shadow of doubt.

Also, even if you give your best and hold nothing back, it may take time before you start seeing results; there is no magic wand when it comes to seeing results; go out on that stage and give your very best over and over again until you start seeing results. You will only succeed if giving your best becomes a lifestyle.

Finally, make sure you are growing in your efforts and commitment. It is insanity to keep doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Giving 100% means that you check what you did yesterday and improve on it today. Improvement includes looking at what is not working and decide to either ditch them or improve on them and analyzing what is working and finding a way to make it even better.

Never let go of the wheel, if you have not given your best, you do not deserve any rest. You were born for greatness; match that with a rock solid determination to make the best of it.

A particularly frustrating part of struggle is the ability that it has to stop us dead in our tracks IF we allow it. The potential embarrassment of failure freezes us. The possibility for rejection discourages us. The idea of disappointment makes us check out of the game.

Our world today is a convection of deception, constantly the bullshit is on the rise, and the truth, subsurface and disregarded. We must hold true and steady the course through the lies and contradictions. We have to hold the line between our own lives, and the world that tries to breach in.
Be Thankful

Gratitude is something we could all benefit from. Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given. Gratitude shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is already present.
